The EveryONE Project - Neighborhood Navigator

The site provides screening tools to identify patients’ social needs and address health equity. The Neighborhood Navigator is an interactive tool to connect patients with supportive resources in their neighborhoods. It lists more than 40,000 social services by zip code.

POPC is An Affiliate of Catholic Charities, Diocese OF Erie. It is a non-profit social service agency dedicated to strengthening families, building community, and reducing poverty throughout Mercer County, PA. POPC can assist with and connect to resources for rent, utilities, housing, food, clothing, furniture, appliances and PA Workwear apparel provider. POPC offers AWESOME(Assistance With Education, Shelter, Organization, Money Management, and Employment) classes to those who are ready to take the next step in self-sufficiency.
POPC also offers Family Support Services case management to individuals and families in crisis. Emergency food bags are available as well as special holiday food distributions. The Soup Kitchen provides free community meals Monday & Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00.This has shifted to grab-and-go model due to COVID-19.

Roar Center

MCCDA’s ROAR Center is the first sober environment center of its kind in Mercer County. It offers a safe and sober environment where people in all phases of their addiction can drop in for a meeting, a cup of coffee, and activities to engage with others who offer support to one another. The center provides opportunity for people to get involved in community activities, volunteer work, and to receive referrals to address the needs of the participant. We offer a community service through Mercer County Courthouse for those who need to complete hours as per the court.
