Join us virtually on Thursday, December 10 at 9:00am to hear from local community health workers, as well as statewide and national leaders who will share best practices, perspectives on sustainability of the sector, and the unique roles community health workers undertake in the community. Community health workers will use this forum as a place to share resources, network and collaborate. Health equity, social justice and environmental justice will be addressed.
